I have mentioned Mark before, but in case you are reading about him for the first time, he is one of the fathers of Predictive Analytics for Human Resources. I had the pleasure of working with him at Hewitt Associates many years ago, when he was pioneering how to predict when someone would leave a company.
Since then, he has really spent a lot of time on connecting HR to driving shareholder value, and I do mean a LOT of time. He truly digs into all of the financial aspects. In other words, if you were talking to Wall Street or a room of CFO’s – this is the guy to have with you.
