At HR Technology Europe – there was a great presentation from Jason Averbook and Heidi Sprigi titled ” HR Tech Predictions for 2012 and Prescriptions for 2012.” The link is at the bottom. There is a lot information, but my two main takeaways are:
1. Standard HR Technology now must be focused on Global and Mobile approches as a standad approach to delivery.
2. HR analytics is no longer interesting but fundamental.
Basically, for those of us in HR Technology, there has been enough progress over the last 10 years that getting systems up and running is no longer an achievement. There is now a fair expectation that we should be able to build out, manage, and extract true business value from our HR delivery platforms.
