Chinese professionals prefers domestic firms

There have been a number of articles out on how domestic firms are having difficulty recruiting and retaining Chinese domestic talent. The below article talks about trying to tackle this via money, and it takes about 20 to 25% higher salary to get the talent. What is interesting, is that japanese firms in China do not have to pay that premium.
