As part of my company’s mission, I want to make sure that giving back to the local community is an integral part of the business. As a result, I donated 100% of the net profits of live trades from a weekly webinar. I encourage my clients to adopt a similar approach of trying to funnel the benefits into their local communities. Clients also have the ability to nominate charities that hold a strong place in their hearts to be added to our donation schedule.
Below is a partial list of the charities we were able to make donations to:
An organization that helps to build strong families with marriage, parenting, and teenager focused seminars. They work especially on military and first responders as the divorce rate is higher within that demographic. To Donate click here.
Coastal Pet Rescue:
This rescue group helps in the Low Country. They work tirelessly to help animals that have been abused or abandoned. Our donation is in honor of Snickers – our own dog given to us by CPR – who’s former owner shot her twice.
Old Savannah City Mission:
At a $2.05 cost per warm meal, our goal was to provide enough for hundreds of meals to be served in the Savannah area. When we visited the facility, it was inspiring to see how much goodness is being done there. We encourage you to visit their website to learn more and considering donating to them.
Operation Christmas Child:
We had local neighbors, friends, and clients come over and create 126 boxes that were full of toys, simple necessity items like toothbrushes, and school items like pens and pencils. Samaritans Purse is the parent organization, and they send these boxes all around the world to children that are not in a position to otherwise experience Christmas. (to donate)
Ogeechee Area Hospice:
A truly amazing location that is focused on providing care for those in the last days of their lives. They show exceptional compassion for the families. Click here to learn how to donate. In Memory of Woodrow Stephens
