I originally started this blog as more as a method to organize by readings – kind of a virtual Wiki or file drawer – of great HR studies. Over time, I started to expand my readings to go to other International HR organizations – and then it turned into the HR directory. Then I needed a way to store HR benchmarks that I had found in the public domain – so I build the online database that allows everyone to submit and read them.
So consider this kind of a Open Source HR site – for HR professionals that need quick research. What this also means – is that the site gets better as your contribute studies, organizations, and HR benchmarks.
